ILA: Specific CT findings that are potentially compatible with interstitial lung disease in patients without clinical suspicion of the disease.
Step 1: Incidental identification
Step 2, CT finding: non-dependent abnormalities, GGO or reticular abnormalities, lung distortion, traction bronchiectasis, honeycombing, and non-emphysematous cysts (CT finding)
Step 3, Extent: Involving at least 5% of a lung zone (upper, middle, and lower lung zones )
Step 4, Context: In individuals in whom interstitial lung disease is not suspected
